How can we get Bubble&Stitch dry cleaning service into our (office) building?
Our service is available to all businesses in the Randstad area. We come to pick up and deliver clothes on fixed days per week. For this we can place lockers in your building or set up a service point at the reception.

What should I do if my order does not fit in a locker?
Our lockers fit approximately 2 weeks worth of laundry. If your order is too large for one locker, please place the remaining clothes in a second locker. You must then place an order for both lockers.
What should I do if all the lockers are occupied?
This is very annoying and we apologize for this inconvenience. If we notice that there are too few lockers at a location, we will place extra lockers if there is room for it. Furthermore, we monitor the number of orders per location. If all lockers are likely to be occupied, we will free up lockers as soon as possible. Idien all lockers are occupied you can also send us a message so we can take extra quick action.
What is Bubble&Stitch?
We provide laundry, dry cleaning, clothing repair and shoe repair services for the private and business market. We have a cenrtral production location in Voorschoten and a store in Amsterdam. Our store is open 24/7 by means of a specially developed locker system. We also place this locker system in office buildings and high traffic locations. With this we want to make taking care of textiles as easy as possible.

What happens to my order if I can't pick it up right away?
We leave clean clothing in a locker for 3 days. If the order has not been picked up after 3 days we will free the locker so it can be used by other customers. If you are able to pick up your clothing again, we will return it to your location free of charge. This way we try to keep as many lockers as possible available!
What happens if a garment is damaged or lost?
We make every effort to avoid such situations. If a garment is missing or damaged we will make an appropriate arrangement. This arrangement is further described in our Terms & Conditions.
Where are your terms of delivery?

Will I always get my clothes back within 2 business days?
We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, we also need to make sure that we handle stains and clothing properly. In most cases, orders are returned within two business days, but if an item needs extra attention, we will hold the order until the next day when everything is ready. Items such as shoe polishes, sheets, pillowcases, hand-washed items and other special items often require an extra day of processing and may delay your order. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I temporarily store items, such as my luggage, in a locker?
All lockers are checked and emptied daily. Any items we find will be taken to our facility in Voorschoten. If you have temporarily stored something in a locker and it was taken by us, please contact us. We can then return your items at a later time.
I don't have a credit card or Paypal
If you do not have a credit card or Paypal account you can still use our service. You can indicate this when placing the order. You will then receive an online invoice with our payment information. Once the payment is processed you will receive a message that you can pick up your order.
I am moving, what should I do with my laundry bag now?
We cannot reuse the laundry bag so you can just keep it. We do advise you to remove the card from the bag so that no one can place an order in your name.
How is the price of my order calculated?
Once we pick up your order we will review what you have turned in. For clothing that needs to be steamed and/or ironed we charge a unit price. For washing & folding clothes we charge a price per kilo. We apply a minimum of 6 kg. Look for all our prices on our pricelist.
How do I know how much my laundry weighs?
As soon as your laundry arrives, it will be weighed. The weight is mentioned in the email confirmation you receive from us. You can also find the weight in your Bubble&Stitch account. For washing and folding clothes we charge € 19.95 for 0 to 6 kg and € 3.50 for every extra kg.
How can I make a notation with my order?
When placing your order, you have the opportunity to make a comment or ask a question. We check all comments and contact you with any questions. For example, in the comments you can report a special stain or submit a repair request.
